Patient Companion volunteers needed in Auburn

Job Summary

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Our mission is to provide exceptional home health, palliative, and hospice care. We are looking for visitors who can dedicate a couple of hours a month to visit our patients in their homes and senior living facilities in and around the Carbondale area. This opportunity allows you to make a lasting impact without requiring hands-on care.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes and senior living facilities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Engage in meaningful conversations with patients and their families
• Be a source of comfort and hope during challenging times
