Your responsibilities
- Aiding patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Helping with mobility and transferring patients from beds to chairs or assisting with walking.
- Providing basic medical care, such as changing dressings, applying creams, or assisting with medications under the direction of nurses.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- CPR certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- An attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
