Patient Care Technician - PCT - Dialysis Preceptor
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: "Must be dialysis certified" as a line at top. Then "PURPOSE AND SCOPE:" which is like About the role. Then "PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:" which is Responsibilities. Then "MAINTENANCE/TECHNICAL:" maybe part of responsibilities. Then "RECORD KEEPING:" also responsibilities. Then "INFECTION CONTROL:" responsibilities. Then "TRANSITIONAL CARE UNIT:" responsibilities. Then "PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:" maybe part of Requirements? Could be Qualifications? It's more about physical demands, could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. Then "EDUCATION AND LICENSES:" that's Qualifications. Then "EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:" that's Skills/Experience. Also there is "EOE, disability/veterans" which is boilerplate to remove. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. So we should not create those.
We need to preserve all substantive info, but remove boilerplate like EOE line, maybe also "Must be dialysis certified" is a requirement line; we can incorporate into Qualifications or Requirements.
We need to use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to decide sections: About the role (Purpose and Scope). Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Responsibilities plus sub-sections like Maintenance/Technical, Record Keeping, Infection Control, Transitional Care Unit). Could combine all under Responsibilities. Qualifications (Education and Licenses). Skills (Experience and Required Skills). Possibly also Physical Demands as part of Requirements? Could be a separate section "Requirements" but we have Qualifications and Skills; maybe we treat Physical Demands as part of Requirements (like job requirements). However the instruction says we can use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have Requirements for physical demands and maybe other mandatory items like certification. Qualifications for education/licenses. Skills for experience and required skills.
Thus sections:
- About the role: purpose and scope paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (maybe grouped). We'll need to extract duties from the long text. We should preserve all substantive info but not repeat headings inside. Use
- for list items. Could break into multiple
groups? Probably one with many - items.
- Requirements: physical demands and working conditions, also maybe "Must be dialysis certified" and "Employees are required to take the Ishihara's Color Blindness test as a condition of employment." Also note about reasonable accommodation, travel, etc. So we can list those.
- Qualifications: Education and Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent, valid PCT national certification or state specific certification as defined by CMS, all appropriate state licensure, education, training, demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values, customer service standards, attendance and active participation in all applicable preceptor training programs, attends Fresenius and publicly offered skill-based training as assigned.
- Skills: Experience and Required Skills: At least five years patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred. Continued employment dependent on successful completion of organization dialysis training program and successful completion of CPR certification.
We should also include "Must be dialysis certified" maybe as part of Qualifications (certification) or Requirements. We'll include in Qualifications under certification.
We need to remove boilerplate: EOE line, maybe also "Note that: Failing the Ishihara Test for Color Blindness does not preclude employment. The Company will consider whether reasonable accommodation can be made." That's substantive? It's about accommodation; we can keep as part of Requirements.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must not include application instructions.
We must output only HTML fragment.
