How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Foster a respectful healing environment by assisting patients with essential personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Enhance patient recovery and safety by aiding with careful movement, positioning, and transfers as directed by the clinical team.
• Serve as a vital observer for nursing staff by promptly identifying and reporting any changes in a patient’s physical, mental, or emotional condition.
• Maintain accurate clinical records of care activities while ensuring patient rooms remain orderly and medical equipment is functional and ready for use.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide preferred.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
