Patient Care Technician Medical Surgical
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on assistance with basic patient care under the guidance of licensed nursing staff.
- Support safe patient movement, transfers, and positioning.
- Observe and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing team promptly.
- Accurately document care activities and observations in patient records.
- Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and ensure medical equipment is properly cared for and ready for use.
What You'll Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED OR an active CNA Certification required.
