Department: Medical/Surgical team – ideal for CNAs or anyone seeking patient‑care experience; straight‑night shifts with every‑other‑weekend and holiday rotations, plus additional compensation for nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) serves as caregiver to the patient during the scheduled work period, providing patient‑centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
Your day‑to‑day may include:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions
- Ensuring patient safety and well‑being
Requirements
High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
Knowledge of healthcare, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical equipment/supplies preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
Must obtain and maintain department‑specific competencies and certifications.
If working in North Dakota and not a CNA, must be on the North Dakota Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry within four months of hire.
If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility or be a student nurse who has completed a basic nursing course and 16 hours of clinical experience.

Pay
Salary range: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour.
Sign‑on bonus available for eligible applicants.
