Job Summary

Core Job Responsibilities

• Responds to any patient call lights
• Gives status report of patient to appropriate personnel
• Performs documentation duties on unit, which is timely, comprehensive, and concise, in order to provide accurate information
• Affords assistance with personal hygiene
• Affords assistance with activities of daily living and mobility
• Affords assistance in maintenance of a safe and clean environment
• Performs other duties as required
