About the role
We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide essential patient care in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform treatments according to policies
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Assist in delivering patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Document procedures accurately
- Participate in obtaining patient histories and identifying patient needs
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A)
Preferred: 1+ years of applicable patient care experience, bedside care, or related medical roles.
