About the Role
Support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic as a Patient Care Technician (PCT).
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with care team members like nurses, dietitians, and social workers
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between clinics as needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare certifications such as CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy experience
