About the Role
Supports patients with end-stage renal disease by assisting with dialysis treatments, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality care under RN supervision.
Responsibilities
- Participate in infection control, patient education, and risk management activities
- Obtain and record vital signs
- Set up and break down dialysis systems
- Insert and remove access needles
- Monitor and document patient status
- Calculate dry weight
- Organize workload
- Maintain patient privacy
- Track inventory
- Perform laboratory work
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CCHT certification
- Minimum 6 months dialysis experience
- Healthcare experience
