Patient Care Tech/CNA Positions
Facility and Location
Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Shifts Available
- Full time: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week and every other weekend
- Part time: 2 twelve-hour shifts per week and every other weekend
- Day shifts: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Night shifts: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Responsibilities
Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED minimum
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (from American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
- A minimum of one of the following:
- 6 months of PCT/CNA acute care experience
- 1 year of PCT/CNA experience in a skilled nursing or rehab facility
- Completion of Nursing Fundamentals (RN) or Nursing Foundations (LPN) Programs
- Completion of a PCT or Nursing Assistant program which includes at least 40 hours of an external clinical component
- Successful completion of a BayCare sponsored Nursing Assistant or PCT internship
- EMT certification/Paramedic license for ER only
