Supports patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient dialysis clinics by providing direct, hands-on care under RN supervision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients throughout treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with care team members
- Float between clinics as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfort with blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physical ability to work long shifts
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
Preferred certifications include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy.
