Patient Care Technician’s Main Objective: Overall, the Patient Care Technician is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies: Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinicPatient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocolsPatient enrollment and retention activities are executed with focus and follow-throughClinical data is entered accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platformsLead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trialsEnsuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off sitePhysicians receive timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site tea Skills needed to win: Required: 1+ of professional experience patient-facing or healthcare positionPreferred: Active medical assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) licensePreferred: B.S. or B.A. from an accredited universityPreferred: Professional experience providing direct patient care in a medical or clinical environmentPreferred: Experience in an on-site, customer-facing roleCoffee drinkers preferred.
