Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Responsibilities

  • Provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies
  • Ensure patients have a fun, positive, and comfortable experience at our clinic
  • Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, adhering to all clinical trial protocols 100% of the time
  • Handle patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
  • Ensure patients attend and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study
  • Perform timely and accurate data entry for clinical visits into multiple online systems
  • Serve as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
  • Provide amazing customer service to Sponsors and Clients when they are onsite at our clinic
  • Maintain clear, constant communication with Sponsors and Clients when they are offsite
  • Maintain physician trust by acting as a knowledgeable resource, ensuring the physician is well informed of their schedule and updated on all current clinical trial patients and protocols

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university
  • Preferred: Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
  • Preferred: Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
