Patient Care Tech - Resource Pool

We are seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for the Resource Pool to work in various units under professional nurse supervision. Key responsibilities include providing patient care, supporting admissions and discharges, and monitoring patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions, reporting any changes. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and certification through programs such as CNA, NCPCT, or current enrollment in related clinical programs. Certifications required include AHA BLS within 90 days of hire. Preferred Experience Is At Least One Year In Healthcare. Skills involve strong patient observation, communication, and teamwork.
