About the role
We are seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for the Resource Pool to work in various units under professional nurse supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care
- Support admissions and discharges
- Monitor patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions
- Report any changes in patient condition
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification through programs such as CNA, NCPCT, or current enrollment in related clinical programs
- AHA BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Qualifications
Preferred experience is at least one year in healthcare.
