About the role
The Patient Care Tech collaborates with nurses and doctors to provide personalized care for patients. They perform tasks such as checking vital signs, helping patients move around, getting dressed, and eating. They also collect samples, report any changes in a patient's condition to a nurse, walk patients, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), weigh patients, and take vitals.
Responsibilities
- Check vital signs, including temperature, heart rate, and breathing rate.
- Help patients move around, get dressed, and eat.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Training: BLS CPR certificate (can be obtained during orientation).
- Experience: Completion of previous STNA or CNA training, Patient Care Technician/Assistant training, or direct patient care experience within the last five years. Must be able to perform fundamental skills of vital signs and direct patient care activities.
- Special Consideration: Previous direct patient care experience may exempt from fundamental training upon successful skills validation.

Benefits
Full-time 36 hours a week, 72 hours per pay period.
Pay
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
