Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities
• Monitor patient conditions and support healthcare team members to ensure quality care
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to facility protocols
• Deliver compassionate care, assist with mobility and hygiene
• Record patient data and collaborate with medical staff to meet patient needs
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety standards

Requirements

• Valid Arizona license
• Prior experience in patient care settings
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
