Direct Patient Care
Assisting with daily living activities (hygiene, mobility, and positioning) to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Clinical Monitoring: Observing patients for physical or emotional changes and immediately reporting updates to the nursing team.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all care activities are properly logged.
Environmental Management: Overseeing the cleanliness of patient rooms and the readiness of medical equipment.
Minimum Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Nurse Aide preferred.
Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
