About the role

Welcome new and existing patients, helping them feel at ease while supporting their dental needs
Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and maintain accurate office schedules
Answer questions and address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the office and patients

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus)
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office; ability to learn clinical software
• A team player with a genuine desire to help people
