Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of day-to-day operations during shift
• Ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and staff efficiency
• Providing leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Care coordination and managing patient flow
• Responding to emergencies and addressing operational issues

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) (preferred)
• Registered nursing license (required)
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire (required)
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire (required)
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire (required)
• Professional Specialty Nursing Certification preferred
• Two years of acute care RN experience (required)
• Experience in Emergency Room or Critical Care areas preferred (optional)

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills (oral and written) required
