Patient Care Staffing Specialist - Full Time

Position Summary

Captures activities to ensure appropriate staffing for patient care areas, including scheduling, processing vacation and holiday time, handling sick calls, canceling per-diem staff, and floating staff as needed.

Maintains data and records, and generates statistical reports in the staffing process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Post-high school vocational or specialized training.
• Three years of relevant experience, preferably in a medical or research setting.
• Effective and diplomatic working relationships with staff and the public.

Available work schedules include 12 hours per week from 7pm to 7am.
