Overview
Sentara MJMG Afton Family Medicine is now hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Representative in the Afton, VA area!
Hours
Monday - Friday, dayshift.
Responsibilities
- Completes check-in and check-out functions including collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records.
- Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.
Requirements
Customer service experience preferred.
