About the role

As a Patient Care Representative, you will manage patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes. This includes collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, and requesting medical records. You will greet patients and visitors warmly, answer calls, and communicate professionally with insurance carriers and discharge planners.
