Responsibilities

Demonstrate excellence in moments like the drawing of blood and the taking of an EKG—whenexpertiseand superior service makes all the difference. Be the eyes and ears of an award-winning nursing department. Collaborate with nurses and nursing attendants to raise the bar and Put Patients First. Take initiative and balance the perfect blend of patient care and clinical practices. Bring the best in care and caring, all while providing quality phlebotomy, EKG, vitalsignsmonitoringand blood glucose testing.

Requirements

This is a full-timenightshift positioncoveringthe float poolhours of11:00pm –7:15amwith rotating weekends and holidaysatNewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospitallocatedin Bronxville; right across from the Metro North Station.

Preferred Criteria

•Minimum of one year experience in psychiatry or related field

Required Criteria

•High School Diploma •Successful completion of approved Patient Care Tech Program or a Phlebotomy Certification and EKG Certification ordemonstratedexperience in performing electrocardiograms •One year experience as a Nursing Assistant •BLS Certification

Salary Range: $30.27/Hourly
