Patient Care Manager - Hospice - Martinez, GA

Responsibilities

• Serves as a clinical leader for clinical staff in the hospice agency.
• Serves as an alternate to the Executive Administrator/Executive Director, if not available.
• Strives to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensures clinical excellence.
• Affirms adherence to up-to-date plans of care.
• Affirms financial and administrative control of agency processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• No experience required.
• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure upon hire.
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation upon hire.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State upon hire.
