Patient Care Coordinator Woodinville - Primary Care

About the role
This position performs a variety of front office clerical and support tasks within the primary care and specialty departments. Responsibilities include management of patient referrals, patient registration (where applicable), patient scheduling, scanning, and customer service. You will answer phones, greet visitors, and provide clerical services. Additional duties include ordering and maintaining office supplies, providing back-up support services, collecting co-payments, scheduling appointments (including coordinating multiple same-day appointments with different disciplines), and arranging interpreter services when needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient referrals and registration
- Schedule patient appointments, including coordination of multiple same-day appointments with different disciplines
- Perform scanning and other clerical tasks
- Provide customer service, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Collect co-payments
- Arrange interpreter services when needed
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a medical/healthcare setting or 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- 6 months of recent receptionist or front desk experience
Qualifications
Preferred:
- 3 months of related experience with recurring appointments
- Experience with medical terminology and basic medical record processes

Pay
The pay range for this position is $22.62 - $35.22 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full time, multiple shifts available.
