Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude while building effective relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
  • Understand the goals of the practice and independently develop and execute plans of action to achieve those goals.
  • Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Actively support and remain aligned with the vision and goals of the practice.
  • Operate various technological equipment such as a POS system in order to review client information, schedule, and adhere to clinical standards.

Requirements

  • Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology practice, or similar experience in a client-facing, customer service-focused role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers.
  • Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies.
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory.

Training & Travel

Occasional travel for training and professional development.

Pay

$19 - $20/hr

Schedule

Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week. Open availability required (clinic hours are subject to change based on business needs).
