Patient Care Associate: Nursing Surgical Services
Responsibilities
- Provides essential administrative, clerical, and patient care support within Radiology PeriAnesthesia, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for patients and their families.
- Affords support to the patient care team by coordinating unit-based activities, managing documentation, and supporting patient admission and discharge processes.
- Performs assigned patient care duties and maintains organized workflows to contribute to high-quality, compassionate care delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum Education and/or Training: High school diploma/GED. Completion of a Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant program required or completion of foundations of nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum Experience: Pediatric experience preferred. Experience with TPR (Temperature, Pulse, Respiratory), BP (Blood Pressure), bed bath and ADL (Activities of daily living) preferred.

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $19.50 - $28.50 per hour for the role of Patient Care Associate: Nursing Surgical Services.
