Patient Care Associate - Full Time

Overview Of The Patient Care Assistant Role Responsibilities include: Assisting in individualized patient care under the supervision of RN or LPN, performing clinical procedures, and providing non-clinical support to promote patient wellness. Qualifications: High school diploma, G.E.D., CNA/CPTC, or enrollment in a healthcare program. No prior experience required; training provided if needed. Certifications in BLS within one month and PCA competencies within three months are mandatory. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting. Preferred Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
