Responsibilities

• Register new patients, collect co‑payments, verify insurance, and schedule appointments.
• Travel to multiple locations throughout central New Jersey, including East Brunswick and Robbinsville.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience working in a medical office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Polished professional demeanor, well‑spoken, team player with an upbeat personality.

Pay

$18/hr – $24/hr (the range reflects anticipated compensation; actual offer depends on education, skills, and experience).
