Patient Care Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out routine rounds and monitor clients' safety and well-being.
• Assist with vital signs and document health observations accurately.
• Respond calmly to medical or behavioral emergencies while maintaining client dignity.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation.
• Provide trauma-informed, compassionate support to clients.
• Collaborate closely with nursing, clinical, and residential staff for seamless care.
• Contribute to the upkeep of the facility by assisting with light housekeeping and laundry.

Who You Are:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Calm under pressure and professional.
• A team player who prioritizes patient care.
• Able to pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen.
• Hold a clean driving record.
• Have CPR/BLS certification.
• Hold an HS diploma or GED.
• Preferred to have a Bachelor's in psychology or social work.
