Patient Care Assistant - PCA

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers who are passionate about helping others to join our team of Angels. Our caregiver services range from simple companionship and personal care to more complex cases when care is needed for someone living with chronic disease, stroke, or recovering from surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled individuals
• Work with clients to develop personalized care plans
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and report on client health and safety
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Adapt to changing needs and preferences of clients
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in-home care (professional or private)
• Able to work legally in the US
• Must be 18 years old and fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a valid driver's license and clean DMV record
• Reliable transportation and ability to use a smartphone for EVV and caregiver notes
• Passive TB screening within the last 90 days
• Registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry

• $19.00-$21.00 per hour
