Patient Care Assistant / Patient Care Tech

About the role

We are seeking individuals passionate about caring for people and maintaining a positive attitude. This position involves both clerical and clinical support roles for pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Greets and creates a positive patient experience with each patient and their family.
• Serves in front office medical receptionist roles.
• Performs vitals and intakes.
• Rooms and prepares patients for procedures while maintaining neat and clean clinical areas.
• Performs spirometry and administers allergy injections.
• Enters, scans and updates clinical documentation (EMR) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains and stocks medical supply inventory and equipment.
• Performs all other medial office duties as assigned.
