We need to decide sections.
We have content for:
- About the role: could include description of role, department, location, purpose.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (ADLs, documentation, environment, etc.)
- Requirements/Qualifications: required qualifications (HS diploma/GED or 18+, recent experience desired, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, etc.)
- Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; we could infer but better not to create unless explicit. The posting does not list specific skills beyond lifting ability. Could include "Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance, lifting greater than 35 pounds using mechanical assistance" as a skill? Might fit under Requirements. We'll not create Skills unless explicit.
- Benefits: we have detailed benefits: healthcare plans (Trinity Health and BCBSM network, two tiers), Dental, Vision, PTO, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term Disability, Retirement savings plan with employer match, Tuition Reimbursement, Opportunity for growth, DAILYPAY, Competitive compensation. Also mention award-winning workplace.
- Pay: we have "Competitive compensation, DAILYPAY". Not specific numbers. The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive compensation, DAILYPAY". That's somewhat vague but it's stating compensation. Should we include Pay section? It says "Competitive compensation, DAILYPAY". That's specific enough? It's not a number but it's stating compensation. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive compensation, DAILYPAY". So we can include Pay section with that statement. However we should avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is not filler; it's stating competitive compensation and DAILYPAY. So we can include.
- Schedule: we have Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift, Shifts Available: 7pm-7:30am, Status: Full time, benefit eligible (72 hours per pay period – every two weeks), Weekend and holiday rotation required. So we have schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
- About the role: we can include description of department, location, purpose.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements/Qualifications: we can combine maybe as Requirements (includes qualifications). The rule says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, etc. We could have both Requirements and Qualifications if we have distinct content. But we have only qualifications; we could put them under Requirements or Qualifications. Better to have Requirements heading and list qualifications. Or we could have Qualifications heading. The rule: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one section: Requirements (or Qualifications). Let's choose Requirements.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no
