Accurately measures, records, and reports intake and output

- Ensures accuracy of measurements
Performs blood glucose testing
- Uses blood glucose meter
- Records results accurately
- Notifies nursing staff of test results
Qualifications
- High School Graduate, upon hire or
- High School GED, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days
Preferred
- Prior Experience, upon hire
