About the role

The Patient Care Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and toileting needs
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms
• Monitor and record vital signs as directed
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Ensure patient safety and comfort

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
