Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED preferred
• Licenses, certifications and/or registrations: BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period; proof of Nursing Assistant (CNA) class completion required from a state approved program; active certification preferred (including Certified Medical Assistant) but not required; EMT Certification accepted
