Patient Care Advocate/Specialty Pharmacy Technician - REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions
• Accurate selection of billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders
• Customer service coverage for incoming calls
• Directing incoming calls to appropriate staff
• Documenting patient reported information into TherigySTM
• Providing resolution to customer service issues
• Maintaining and keeping reasonable production as determined by supervisor
• Assisting in orienting and training new employees
• Completing mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Attendance Requirements: Available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts; Nights and weekends may be required.
• Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred with a Pharmacy technician or related certification.
• Experience: 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician required.
• Special Conditions of Employment: Must be registered with the State of Mississippi as a Pharmacy Technician.

Compensation

$18.00-20.00 per hour. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
