Overview
Hospice of Chattanooga is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Care Advocate. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Liaisons to gather crucial patient clinical information, provide admissions support, and actively participate in community events.
- Build brand awareness by joining our Liaisons in brand awareness campaigns aimed at making our program the preferred hospice provider in the service area.
- Conduct initial meetings with patients and their families, introducing them to the hospice service and our compassionate philosophy. Obtain consent for their care and make a profound difference in their lives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through meticulous record-keeping and submit marketing reports promptly and accurately.
- Identify key accounts and contribute to our growth plan by communicating strengths and weaknesses to our Liaisons and Regional Sales Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working directly in hospice required; 2-3 years' experience preferred.
- Prior customer service or sales experience strongly preferred.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
Benefits
The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
Pay
$65,000 - $72,000 per year (Average Pay Range).
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm
