Overview
This is a PRN position working as needed Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities
- The IRF Patient Assessment Instrument Coordinator functions under the Rehab Program Director.
- Provides coordination for the timely and accurate completion of the Patient Assessment Instrument for each rehabilitation inpatient.
- Provides clinical support in completion of data contained in the PAI for each patient to ensure accuracy in the scoring of functional status and reflection of the patient's care needs.
- May assist in the ongoing monitoring of identified benchmarks for the inpatient population.
- Will have access to confidential patient information and maintains confidentiality of all information.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- Work Experience: 2 years of experience as a licensed clinician (RN, PT, OT, ST) in an acute hospital or rehabilitation setting (IRF, LTAC, SNF, NH) Required.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must have at least one of the following upon hire:
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Required, or
- PT - Physical Therapist Required, or
- OT - Occupational Therapist - Registered Required, or
- ST - Speech Therapist Required.
