Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) - Licensed Practical Nurse
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions, etc.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
- Summary: "The GS7 Primary Care Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) perform more complex nursing assignments. They posses comprehensive practical nursing knowledge and skills in specialized procedures. The LPN work is of considerable difficulty and responsibility and is performed under general supervision. To a considerable extent - the LPN is expected to exercise independent technical judgements and to process and apply a comprehensive working knowledge of the principles - art - and science."
That's about the role. Could be "About the role" heading.
- Qualifications: includes Basic Requirements (citizenship, English proficiency, education, licensure, grade determinations, KSAs). Also "Preferred Experience: 3.5 years of LPN experience". Also "Physical Requirements". Also "Reference: For more information on this qualification standard - please visit https://www.va.gov/ohrm/QualificationStandards/". That's a link; maybe we keep as part of qualifications? It's not boilerplate? It's a reference; maybe keep.
- Duties: list of duties.
- Total Rewards: includes Work Schedule, Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus), Pay, Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework.
We need sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". The instruction says use those headings if appropriate. We can combine some.
We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule, pay, benefits. So we can include those.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:
About the role
... summary ...
Responsibilities
- ... each duty ...
Requirements
... qualifications text ... maybe split into subsections? But we can keep as paragraphs. But we also need to include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. Could combine Benefits and Pay and Schedule separate. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details like citizenship, English proficiency, education, licensure, grade determinations, KSAs, physical requirements, reference link, preferred experience. We also need to include Total Rewards details: schedule (Extended hours Tuesday - Saturday 730am- 4pm), Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus): May be authorized for a highly qualified candidate, Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases ... etc, Paid Time Off: 37-50 days..., Parental Leave..., Child Care Subsidy..., Retirement..., Insurance..., Telework: Ad-hoc Virtual: This is not a virtual position. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Not present. We need to ensure we don't repeat content. Let's craft. First, About the role: use the summary paragraph. Second, Responsibilities: list duties from "Duties" section. Third, Requirements: include qualifications (basic requirements, grade determinations, KSAs, physical requirements, reference, preferred experience). Could also include "Preferred Experience" as part of requirements. We could split Requirements into sub-sections? But only allowed headings are those listed; we can still have multiple paragraphs under Requirements. We need to ensure we don't create headings like "Physical Requirements" unless it's a listed heading; it's not in the list, so we should not create a heading for it. Instead we can include it as a paragraph under Requirements. Similarly, "Reference" can be a paragraph. Now Benefits: we need to list benefits: Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework. Also maybe Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus) could be under Benefits or separate? Could be under Benefits. Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases, Above Minimum Rate of the Grade. Schedule: Extended hours Tuesday - Saturday 730am- 4pm. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". All details are present. Now produce HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's draft.
