Responsibilities
- Support patients with their healthcare needs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or patient advocacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Experience with patient data management systems
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
