Position Qualifications

• Experience: Two years' experience working in a physician's office, hospital or health care setting.
• Education and Training: Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Certification and Registration: CPR.
• Other Requirements: Must demonstrate ability to use all Microsoft computer applications, proficient use of Microsoft Excel and word required. Ability to work independently and maintain effective communication with the weight loss surgery team and patient population. Experience with insurance and prior authorizations preferred.
