What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient access to care.
  • Verify insurance coverage and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Educate patients about financial assistance programs, payment options, and available services.
  • Collect copays and patient payments accurately.
  • Connect uninsured or underinsured patients with available resources.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs.
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications (Required to Be Considered)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service, administrative support, medical reception, patient registration, or call center experience.
  • Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare registration or medical office experience.
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
  • Experience working with insurance verification and patient scheduling.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
