Assist in tracking Child Life programs and activities encouraging normalization and socialization while interpreting routine policies and procedures regarding play spaces and other information requests in a timely and efficient manner. Job Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support to the child life/creative arts team around routine day-to-day tasks and activities within area.Assist in the coordinating and tracking of child life programs/activities in play spaces encouraging normalization/socialization.Interpret routine policies and procedures regarding play spaces and other information requests in a timely and efficient manner. Minimum Education and/or Training: High school diploma required. Minimum Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience; Associate's degree in Child Development preferred.Prior experience working with children in a healthcare setting preferred. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by Law: None. Compensation In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
