About the role
The Patient Accounts Coordinator supports the School of Dentistry Business Office by managing third-party billing activities, including claim submission, follow-up, and resolution with insurance payers. This role works closely with clinical teams and payers to resolve denials, address billing issues, and ensure timely reimbursement while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and strong customer service for patients.
