Patient Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Makes correcting to the appropriate system to ensure the account is billed correctly.
• Researches and resolves any issues related to billing.
• Requests and sends any additional information needed to process payments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 35-40 words per minute required, plus one year billing experience in the healthcare field.
• The ability to understand and respond to simple written or verbal instructions.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office preferred.
