For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.

For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and ensure smooth interactions between clients and healthcare providers.
• Support clinical teams in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct intake assessments and gather necessary medical history information.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate coverage and payment processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health or addiction treatment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of mental health and addiction treatment principles.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually.
