As a Patient Access Services Rep II at Mease Countryside Hospital's Medical Arts Building - Imaging Department, you will play a key role in our forward-thinking culture that combines advanced technology with compassionate service.
The Patient Access Service (PAS) Representative II may be responsible for any of the following modalities and must be proficient in at least two: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging. Flexibility to rotate shifts periodically is required. Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties in at least two of the following areas: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, or Document Imaging.
- Rotate shifts as needed and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a related field.
