About the role

The Patient Access Staffing Coordinator provides tactical workforce planning, real-time support, and analytical insights to ensure appropriate staffing and service levels within the Patient Access Center (PAC). This role partners closely with access center operations and leadership to forecast demand, optimize schedules, monitor real-time performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Assess real-time conditions and respond quickly to operational disruptions
  • Optimize schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Maintain accurate forecasts to support effective workforce planning
  • Monitor real-time performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze trends to reduce risk and improve service level performance

Requirements

  • A proficient working understanding of the interdependencies between forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, scheduling, adherence, and service-level performance in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in workforce management within a high-volume, multi-skilled, multi-site contact center environment
  • OR current Patient Access Center team member with 1+ years of experience and demonstrated capability in workforce functions

Compensation Range: $29.16 - $43.73 per hour

Schedule

Full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year)

Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
